The location and the ease of finding the apartments. Nice to encounter very friendly and helpful staff..
My first 2 nights were on single occupancy. This room was very spacious, nice and modern looking, but it faced Callao Ave. It was a noisy room. The rumble of the engines of buses and cars was very loud even with the airconditioning on. However, my last night was on twin occupancy and we moved to another room with a lower rate. This room was smaller but it was toward the back and therefore quieter. So I actually had a better night's sleep in this room

Good staff, secure. Nice big room. Serviced daily. Excellent location.
Had to ask for a stereo hi-fi unit. Walls a bit dirty. Horrible blinds. Dipped in the pool, but too cold!!

Good location for shopping and visiting the sites of Recoleta. The area feels safe at night and there are very nice security guards. They looked after my bags after I checked out as I had a late flight. The pool is also a nice place to relax. Room was big with a good shower and decent kitchen facilities.
Lack of information - I arrived late so the security guard gave me my key, which I had expected. However, there was no information whatsoever in the apartment. I had thought there might be a bit of information (like in most hotels) about the area, where to buy food (as it is an apartment building, made for people who want to make their own meals), use of the swimming pool, check out time etc. I don't speak great spanish so didn't want to ask the security guard too much. The only information came in the form of a note slipped under my door advising me that if I didn't check out on time, I would be automatically charged extra. It was only at this point that I found out there was actually an office in the building.

Can you expect such a hotel/apartment without a telephone set or a modem in the room? Hotel staff promised to bring telephone set and modem to room, but nevev kept promise after our 3 day (2 night) stay..

Location would be the only positive thing that comes to mind.
Staff was really disrespectful with another customer in front of us. We had to pay the bill 2 days before departure, although they had our credit card. Extremely noisy. They expect to have all rooms celaned by 11AM even on weekends!!! This is not a hotel but apartments and the genitors of the building's door are rather rude and disdainful even if they have seen you for five days.

I liked the location but the staff and the room were horrible. The hotel location was central and easy to get around.
The room smelled and they did not have the reservation on hand. They blamed me for making the reservation way in advance and not confirming it.I had to go to the office to pay twice and they never gave us the receip so i had to go get it myself. I never got the breakfast that was supposed to be included and the staff was very unfriendly. Also, the hotel street is very busy and it was hard to sleep wiht all the car noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was big for a studio with a lounge to sit on. The location was also good although somewhat noisy both from other guests and from outside traffic
The apartment was supposed to have an equipped kitchen however there was not a single saucepan (pot) to cook with and no dishes to use to cook in the microwave. Some pots were eventually supplied but nothing to cook in the microwave with.

The location was good.
As a temporary apartment, there was no human person to ask for. There´s no reception, so if you have any problem you don´t have anyone to ask. The hotel promised internet site and cleaning the room. We had internet only the first night and then never fixed the wifi eventhough we claim. Cleanliness is poor, not cleaned our room the first day. We had a bad response from the hotel management.
